Note that the information displayed in this area depends on what is selected in the Job Designer. The Component Area displays all parameters to configure a component. The Palette lists all available components, organized in folders. The Job Designer is the main view of the studio in which components are used to create ETL jobs. The Project Repository lists all project items such as Jobs (java ETL programs), Services, code, metadata, and project documentation. The Talend Studio interface includes several panels called views. When running for the first time, you will have to create your first Project. Talend Studio allows you to organize your work into Projects.
